Representatives Will
and Bird, co-prime sponsors, introduced House Bill 21-1225 concerning the
Electronic Recording Technology Board. The bill delays the repeal
and sunset review of the board so the board may continue making grants
to counties; extends the filing surcharge collected by county clerk and
recorders on behalf of the board; and expands the scope of allowable grants
and extends reporting requirements. A packet of materials was provided
to committee members (Attachment F).
