25-1153, concerning a statewide language access assessment covering principal
departments. The bill requires the Department of Personnel and Administration
to conduct or commission a statewide language access assessment covering
all principal departments except the Departments of State, Treasury, and
Law. The bill sponsors provided a handout (Attachment F) to the committee.
