Tim Foster, President of Colorado Mesa University, introduced the institution's projection of cash need. The project, Student Housing Wingate West, constructs a 120-bed residence hall addition to Wingate Hall. President Foster responded to questions from the committee regarding financing options with respect to the Intercept Program. Committee members received a memorandum from Legislative Council Staff describing the program and the project (Attachment A).
