Representative Bockenfeld, prime sponsor, presented House Bill 19-1080.  The bill allows Colorado residents who are first responders with an occupational disability to get a free lifetime resident small game hunting and fishing license, a Columbine pass, and to participate in any application property tax work-off programs.
