Brigadier General
Laura L. Clellan presented on behalf of the Department of Military and
Veterans Affairs (DMVA). Her powerpoint presentation may be accessed here:

She described DMVA's mission and values and organizational structure. Brigadier
General Clellan discussed DMVA's goals, including improving employee experience
and improving organizational readiness and efficiency. She summarized DVMA's
budget and funding requests. Brigadier General Clellan described recent
National Guard domestic operations and search and rescue missions.
