House Bill 18-1184.  
As introduced,
the bill creates the Colorado Next Generation 911 board
to
study the implementation of a Next Generation 911 system in Colorado.  Amendment
L.001, a strike below amendment, was distributed to the committee [Attachment
A].  Amendment L.001 requires the Public Utilities Commission to annually
publish a "state of 911" report and submit the report to the
members of the General Assembly.
