Senator Bridges, bill sponsor, presented Senate Bill 21-031 concerning limits on governmental actions related to lawful protests.  He also explained and distributed Amendment L.001 (Attachment D), a strike-below that instructs the Colorado State Patrol to convene a study group regarding protests and demonstrations.
