Rob Harris, Department of Natural Resources (DNR), introduced the Chatfield
SFU Centennial Water Sanitation District Lease property transaction proposal
and provided additional background information. Committee members
received a Legislative Council Staff write-up on the project, which is
included as Attachment F.
