Department of Personnel and Administration, Cheri Gerou, State Architect,
Zach Hermsen, Auraria Higher Education Center (AHEC), and Colleen Walker,
AHEC, presented the new project on AHEC's two-year projection of cash needed.
Ms. Bryant provided an overview of the Public-Private Partnership
Program. A CDC staff write-up on the project is included as Attachment
A and AHEC's powerpoint presentation is included as Attachment B.
