Their presentation is included as Attachment A. 10:28:36 AM Ms. Pecaut and Dr. Brodsky discussed the Bell Policy Center's Cost of Care study, the model they used to calculate the cost of care, and the results of the caculations. They discussed the low wages early childhood educators receive and the struggles of providers to stay profitable.
