Sykes, of the Medical Services Board, and Dr. William Kinnard, appointee
to the Medical Services Board, came to the table. The appointment letter
may be found in Attachment A. Mr. Sykes introduced himself and Dr. Kinard.
Dr. Kinard introduced himself and described his background in healthcare
and discussed his reasons for wanting to serve on the board. Committee
members asked questions of the apppointee.
