Jim Souby, representing the Front Range Passenger Rail District (FRPRD),
introduced staff, including Deborah Mulvey, Board Member, and Andy Karsian,
General Manager. There was a PowerPoint presentation (Attachment
B). Mr. Souby provided basic information about the district. He
talked about funding, the governing board, and district details.
