David Tandberg, President of Adams State University, to introduce the three
appointees to the board of trustees: Arthur Ortegon, Karla Shriver, and
Placido Gomez. The Governor's appointment letter can be found as Attachment
A. The appointees took turns speaking about their backgrounds and why they
would like to serve on the board.
