Garry Kaufman, CDPHE, Director, Air Pollution Control Division and Mark McMillan, CDPHE, came to the table to discuss House Bill 18-1400 concerning an increase in fees paid by stationary sources of air pollutants. [Attachment E was distributed to the committee].

Mr. McMillan explained that the bill included a 25 percent increase in fees paid by stationary sources of air pollutants, permission to implement an annual adjustment in fees, establishment of a stakeholder process to identify and implement process improvements, and an annual report to the legislature.  Mr. McMillan continued to discuss progress and next steps.
