Senator Lambert, chair of the Joint Budget Committee (JBC), introduced himself and other members of the JBC. Senator Lambert reviewed the JBC Budget Briefing Summary document, which can be found online at: http://leg.colorado.gov/sites/default/files/fy17-18-brfsum-12-21-16.pdf.
