Representatives Will and Ortiz introduced House Concurrent Resolution 22-1006, Charitable Gaming Constitutional Amendment. The resolution, if approved by voters, eliminates the requirement that a charitable organization be in existence for the five years immediately preceding its application for a charitable gaming license, and modifies the parameters related to a manager or operator of a charitable game receiving compensation.
The sponsors provided the committee with Amendment L.002 (Attachment A).
