Bill 24-1448. The bill creates a new school finance formula, starting in
FY 2025-26, and restructures the distribution of public school lands revenue
and Permanent Fund interest. The bill changes how money flows into various
funds, may impact state revenue, and increases state expenditures and school
district funding on an ongoing basis.
