The committee was called to order. A quorum was present. Representatives Duran and Mitsch Bush, co-prime sponsors, presented House Bill 17-1242. The bill, as amended by the House Transportation and Energy Committee, refers a ballot question to voters at the November 2017 election. If the voters approve the ballot question, the bill makes a number of changes to state transportation funding. Committee members received amendments L.062, L.063, L.065, and L.066 (Attachments A through D, respectively). The sponsors addressed questions from the committee.
