requires pharmacy technicians practicing in Colorado on or after June 15,
2020, to obtain a certification from the State Board of Pharmacy in DORA.
In addition, the bill requires that pharmacy technicians meet continuing
education requirements before renewing a certification and details ratios
for supervision of interns and pharmacy technicians by pharmacists. A
handout and amendment L.001 was distributed to the committee (Attachments
E and F).
