Kristen Forrestal, Office of Legislative Legal Services, explained the sunset process. She answered questions about drafting and amending process for sunset bills.
10:40 AM -- Ellen Graham, Department of Regulatory Agencies, discussed the sunset review process for the department. She reviewed the factors considered during the sunset review process. Ms. Graham explained the two different types of reviews that can occur under Title 2 and Title 24, C.R.S. She answered questions about the stakeholder involvement in the sunset review process.
