The meeting was called
to order.  A quorum was present.  Representatives Bird and Frizell,
prime sponsors, presented House Bill 24-1072. The bill changes the relevancy
of evidence of a victim’s and witness’s prior sexual conduct and when
non-admissible evidence of sexual conduct can be admitted during a trial.
