24-170, concerning the America 250 - Colorado 150 Commission. The bill
expands the number of members of the America 250âColorado 150 Commission;
clarifies accounting for gifts, grants, and donations; and makes a transfer
from the General Fund to the commissionâs cash fund.

Retirement Association (PERA) job classifications for state employees whose
duties relate to wildfire mitigation. Effective July 1, 2025, the bill
modifies the definition of âstate trooperâ for PERA purposes to include
certain employees of the Department of Public Safetyâs Division of Fire
Prevention and Control.
