for certain people. The committee heard testimony on the bill on January
30, 2025. Representative Barron, prime bill sponsor, and Representative
Marshall provided a fiscal memo concerning amendments L.002 and L.003 (Attachment
A) and a handout (Attachment B) to the committee. Representative Barron
explained amendment L.002 (Attachment C).
