Senate Bill 20-017, concerning a requirment that the High Performance Transportation
Enterprise (HPTE) include information about its public-private partnerships
in its annual report to the committees of the House of Representatives
and the Senate that have jurisdiction over transportation. The bill
adds additional reporting requirements for the HPTE, including the process
for selecting the partnership; and information contained in proposed
and executed contracts, such as financial and performance provisions. The
new reporting requirements are effective in the annual report due in 2021.
