of locally elected officers in specified counties.  The bill modifies
the categories of Alamosa County, from III-A to III-B, and Yuma County,
IV-B to IV-C, and decreases the salaries by 7.7 percent and 8.3 percent,
respectively.

SB20-152 - Referred to the Committee of the Whole

Bill 20-152, concerning correcting the effective date clause of Senate
Bill 19-263 to ensure that the bill eliminates the requirement that the
State Treasurer execute lease purchase agreements.  The lease purchase
agreements fund transportation projects during fiscal years 2020-2021 and
2021-2022 if a referred ballot issue authorizing the state to issue transportation
revenue anticipation notes is approved at the 2020 general election.

introduced House Bill 20-1310, concerning specification of times at which
the Department of Transportation (CDOT) is required to be prepared to and
to conduct snow removal operations on state highways.  The bill requires
preparation and snow removal between 4 a.m. and 10 p.m. on every state
highway where winter storm watch is issued by the National Weather Service.
