Representative Ginal introduced House Bill 17-1102. The bill prohibits the nuisance exhibition of motor vehicle exhaust in a manner that would harass or obstruct the view of another driver, bicyclist, or pedestrian. Violators commit a Class A traffic infraction punishable by a fine of $100. She distributed a packet (Attachment A) and a handout (Attachment B) to the committee. She showed several video examples of nuisance motor vehicle exhaust to the committee.
