Rep.  Arndt introduced House Bill 18-1362.  The bill adds three members to the Colorado Task Force on Drunk and Impaired Driving.

Mr. Gordon Coombes, representing Team Wellness and Prevention, testified in support of the bill.

Rep. Saine introduced Senate Bill 18-047. The bill repeals state income tax credits for purchases of innovative motor vehicles and trucks earlier than these credits would have been repealed under current law.

Ms. Mary Kay Hogan, representing Waste Management, testified against the bill.

Rep. Hansen introduced House Bill 18-1382.  The bill creates the Energy Legislation Review Committee and lays out guidelines for the composition, selection, and procedure of the committee.  The committee is charged with reviewing statewide planning, administration, and monitoring of the state's energy resources.  Rep. Hansen answered several committee questions.  

Ms. Theresa Conley, representing Conservation Colorado, testified in support of the bill.

Ms. Katie Ruedebusch, Legislative Council Staff, came to the table to answer a committee question.
