the proposed draft recommendations from the committee at length.The recommendation

Mark Champoux, on
behalf of the Colorado Technology Association and its partners TechNet
and the Colorado Chamber of Commerce, gave an overview of the draft recommendations.

The task force asked
a variety of questions throughout the presentation on topics such as algorithmic
discrimination, organization size as a factor in legislation, impacts on
students, discrimination, consequential decisions, and innovation versus
consumer protection.

Discussion continued on the proposed recommendations.

Chair Rodriguez gave comments on the task force and recommendations.

The committee moved
forward with the recommendations as drafted and will send the recommendations
to the Joint Technology Committee.
