	01:14:42 PM	Mark Champoux, on behalf of the Colorado Technology Association and its partners TechNet and the Colorado Chamber of Commerce, gave an overview of the draft recommendations.
	01:21:48 PM	The task force asked a variety of questions throughout the presentation on topics such as algorithmic discrimination, organization size as a factor in legislation, impacts on students, discrimination, consequential decisions, and innovation versus consumer protection.
	02:18:27 PM	Discussion continued on the proposed recommendations.
	02:24:44 PM	Chair Rodriguez gave comments on the task force and recommendations.
	02:31:30 PM	The committee moved forward with the recommendations as drafted and will send the recommendations to the Joint Technology Committee.
