Mr. James Taurman,
Mr. Trey Standley, and Ms. Michelle Colin, representing the Office of the
State Auditor (OSA), highlighted the additional tax expenditures and tax
topics that the OSA may provide to the committee. They provided a memorandum
to the committee in July (Attachment A).

incentives in tax policy, and the utilization of tax expenditures.
