members of the Task Force. The
task force members also indicated that bill drafters were authorized to

a discussion of a draft letter addressed to the Department of Revenue regarding
the formation of a system workgroup which was discussed during a previous
task force meeting in the context of a possible bill draft. Task force
discussion of the substance of the letter continued. A final version of
