Alice Cosgrove, Director of Legislative Affairs, Department of Natural Resources, and Tyler Sewald, Park Manager, Jackson Lake State Park, Colorado Parks and Wildlife (CPW), presented a proposal to acquire a concession at the park. Committee members received a written description of the project, assembled by Legislative Council Staff (Attachment A). Discussion ensued regarding whether the concession will continue to operate under CPW ownership and the disposition of the parking lot under the transaction.
