Chris Ewing, Vice
Chancellor for Infrastructure and Sustainability at the University of Colorado
(CU), described CU Boulder's two year cash requests: the Chemistry and
Applied Mathematics Buildings and the Ekeley Sciences Building Teaching
Laboratories. Kori Donaldson, Assistant Vice President for Budget, Planning
& Capital, and Todd Haggarty, Vice Chancellor and Chief Financial Officer,
were available for questions. A CDC staff write-up on the projects is included
as Attachment A. A handout from CU is included as Attachment B.

Council Staff, described Senate Bill 24-222 State Funding to Relocate Two
State Entities and CDC's role in reviewing the bill. The bill provides
funding for two capital construction projects. Mr. Bishop described the
projects requested in the bill. Mr. Bishop responded to questions from
the committee.
