Christen Lara, Health Information Systems Branch Manager within CDPHE, responded to questions from the committee regarding the use of an agile methodology for the project, the change to a web-based platform and the security protocols that will be in place for the data in the cloud, where the backup data will be stored, and the disaster recovery plan. Mr. Quintana continued to respond to questions regarding what stage the project is currently in. Mr, Dudley responded to questions from the committee regarding when the funding for the project will expire and when the department knew about the funding issues.
