Catherine Kunst, Chief Operating Officer, and Jerrod J. (JR) Roth, Chief
Technology Officer, to the committee. Director Bagal provided an overview

Samantha Falco, Legislative
Council Staff, provided an overview of draft legislation regarding the
State Longitudinal Data System, The committee voted to draft legislation
at its meeting on March 12, 2025. The draft bill is included as Attachment
A.

Committee determined
Representatives Weinberg and Paschal will be co-prime sponsors in the House
and Senator Baisley withh be prime sponsor in the Senate. The bill will
be introduced in the House.

Ms. Falco initiated discussion regarding a potential meeting with joint Budget Committee regarding IT Capital funding determinations.
