Discussion of L.001. Sherri Maxwell, testified before the committee. Agencies are aware; supported. Can help with timelines; in statute. Why do it in title 24 and not in the organic statutes. Want the clarity in the procurement code. Seth Ford -- clarified -- matter of delegation, delegation of authority. Currently belongs to the central procurement office. Why do it here -- because the procurement authority is DPA's to delegate. Joint Technology committee. Delegate the authority to select source method.
