Jack Arrowsmith, Executive Director of the Statewide Internet Portal Authority (SIPA), introduced the appointees for the board. Louis Lago and Gregg Rippy, appointees, came to the table. Mr. Lago and Mr. Rippy introduced themselves and discussed their work with SIPA and responded to comments from the committee.
