The bill, recommended by the Committee on Cost-Benefit Analysis of Legalized Marijuana, requires the Colorado Department of Education, with assistance from the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment, to create and maintain a resource bank of materials and curricula related to marijuana. The sponsors distributed Amendment L.002 (Attachment A).
