and came back to order. Senator Lee introduced Senate Bill 22-045, concerning
public benefit corporations.  
The
bill modifies certain provisions of the Public Benefit Corporation Act,
including requirements for conversion to or from a public benefit corporation
and clarifications of director duties.

Herrick Lidstone,
representing the Colorado Bar Association, testified in support of the
bill.

Mr. Lidstone responded to questions from the committee.

Senator Lee made closing comments on the merits of the bill.
