House Bill 22-1036, concerning information included on real estate forms.
 
The bill requires
certain forms approved by the Real Estate Commission to show whether a
real estate transaction is based on an improvement location certificate
or a land survey plat.

 He asked the committee to postpone the bill indefinitely.

for loss in a declared fire disaster.  The bill changes the requirements
for homeowner’s insurance coverage and claims handling when the damages
are a result of a declared wildfire disaster. The sponsors distributed
