Senator Fields introduced House Bill 24-1344, concerning the sunset report for the State Plumbing Board.  The bill continues the board in the Department of Regulatory Agencies for eight years until September 1, 2032. The bill makes several changes to the program including changing board appointment requirements, modifying the scope of practice regarding water conditioning systems, updating grounds for discipline, modernizing program operations, and making licenses issued between March 1, 2025 and June 30, 2026 valid for three years.
