House Bill 25-1205, concerning the Colorado Fair Access to Insurance Requirements
(FAIR) plan. The bill clarifies that the FAIR plan association is not a
government-operated entity or an insurance company. Additionally, it grants
immunity to those acting on behalf of the association for certain actions.
The sponsor distributed Amendment L.003 (Attachment A).

The bill continues the JTAC indefinitely based on a sunset report from the Department of Regulatory Agencies. The sponsors distributed Amendment L.002 (Attachment B). SB25-186 - Referred to Senate Appropriations

Senator Ball and Senator Winter, co-prime bill sponsors, presented Senate Bill 25-186, concerning the continuation of the workers' compensation accreditation of health-care providers program. The bill continues the Workers’ Compensation Accreditation of Health Care Providers Program, until September 1, 2036, and allows any regulated health care professional to obtain accreditation. The program is currently scheduled to repeal on September 1, 2025.
