Senator Hinrichsen introduced House Bill 25-1080, concerning infrastructure deployment incentives for wireless services. The bill permits counties, special districts, and school districted to provide property tax relieve to qualified businesses that expand communication services in underserved areas within their jurisdiction. The sponsor responded to questions from the committee.
