Senator Bridges, Chair, invited Joe Garcia, Chancellor of the State Board for Community Colleges and Occupational Education, to introduce the two appointees to the board: Karen McNeil-Miller and Ross Dueber. The Governor's appointment letter can be found as Attachment A. The appointees took turns introducing themselves and speaking about their backgrounds and about why they would like to serve on the board.
