Executive Director of the Colorado Department of Early Childhood, Dr. Lisa
Roy. Dr. Roy spoke about her background and about why she would like
to be appointed as Executive Director of the new department. A copy
of the Governor's appointment letter can be found as Attachment A.

Brad Baca, President of Western Colorado University, introduced the appointees and reappointee to the board of trustees: Millie Hamner, David Wiens, and James Pribyl. The appointees took turns talking about their personal, educational, and professional backgrounds and about why they would like to serve on the board of trustees.
