He invited Brad Baca, President of Western Colorado University, to introduce the appointees to the board of trustees: Chelsea Carver and Alvina Vasquez. The Governor's appointment letter can be found as Attachment A. The two appointees introduced themselves and spoke about their background and why they would like to serve on the board.
