Dr. Tony Frank, Chancellor of the Colorado State University Board of Governors, introduced the appointee and reappointee to the board: Andrew Wirth and John Fischer. The Governor's appointment letter can be found as Attachment A. The appointees took turns speaking about their backgrounds and why they wish to serve on the board.

data reporting requirements for kindergarten through twelfth grade. They
provided opening comments on the bill.
