Hinrichsen introduced House Bill 25-1201. The bill repeals the “Money
Transmitters Act” and enacts the “Money Transmission Modernization Act.”

the Division of Banking, testified in support of the bill. Adam Fleisher,
representing The Money Services Round Table, testified in support of the
bill. Ms. Amy Miller, representing ADP, testified in opposition to the
bill. Michael Hannon, representing the Payroll Department, Inc., testified
in support of the bill. The witnesses answered several committee questions.
