James McLaughlin, appointee to the Medical Services Board, came to the table. The appointment letter may be found in Attachment A. Chris Sykes introduced Mr. McLaughlin, and described his background working with the Medical Services Board. Mr. McLaughlin discussed his reasons for wanting to serve on the board. Committee members made comments to the appointees.
