Senator Gonzales presented House Bill 22-1279, concerning the codification of a person's fundamental right to make reproductive health-care decisions free from government interference. She noted challeges to Roe v. Wade and discussed ballot measures on the subject in Colorado.
She responded to questions about Roe v. Wade, late-term abortions, rights of a fetus and crimes against pregnant women, fetal viability, and single issue policies, generally.
