Senate bill 22-072, concerning incentives for home use by renters.  This
bill creates a three-year pilot program within the Department of Local
Affairs to provide one-time grants to retirement age homeowners who make
space available in their homes for a long-term rental unit. The sponsor
distributed Amendment L.001 (Attachment A) and a handout to the committee
(Attachment B).
